Sage Buttermilk Biscuits

Combine flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. Cut butter into flour until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in sage and buttermilk; stir to a soft dough. Knead for 1 minutes on lightly floured board. Cut into 1 1/4" circles. Place 1" apart on baking sheet. Bake at 450 degrees until puffed and golden.
