Sage Sausage Stuffing

Prepare cornbread according to pkg. directions. Break into cubes. Toast on baking sheet at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, stirring twice. Sauté celery and onion in butter until soft. Add sausage and remaining ingredients. Mix well. Use to stuff a 13-16 pound turkey, or bake in buttered casserole at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
