Relishes

Place all ingredients in a large pot and bring to a boil. Then cover and simmer for approximately 20 minutes.
Wash and pick over cranberries. In a food grinder, grind cranberries, apples, and lemon. Stir in sugar and cloves. Add lemon balm; mix well. Chill at least 24 hours before serving. Makes about 3 cups.
