Dressings
In a blender, combine the basil, garlic, cheese and vinegar. Slowly blend in the oil. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Combine all ingredients and mix well.

Combine all ingredients allow them to stand for 15 minutes.
Stir the mustard with the vinegar in a bowl. Then whisk in the olive oil. Add herbs, salt and pepper
In a small bowl stir all ingredients.
Place all ingredients in food processor for 30 seconds. Refrigerate.
Combine all ingredients except sour cream in a food processor or blender. With machine running, add sour cream and process another 5 seconds. Pour into airtight jar and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
