Butters
Beat butter in a small bowl at medium speed until creamy (1-2 mins.). Reduce speed to low. Add all remaining ingredients; continue beating until well mixed (1-2 mins.). Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour to enhance flavors.
Mix all ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth. Place on a piece of waxed paper and form into a cylinder about 2 inches in diameter. Wrap and chill for up to 3 days until ready to use. Slice into medallions.
