Mucho nacho peppers are fatter, heavier, thicker, and somewhat hotter than regular jalapenos. This makes them ideal for spicing up any recipe.
Mucho Nacho Dip
Place minced jalapenos, sour cream, ranch dressing mix, garlic powder and cilatro in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Cover and refrigerate at least one hour, or overnight, before serving.
