Plant when nights are above 55°F (13°C). Space 18" x 30" (45cm x 75cm). Water regularly and mulch. Stake if necessary. Plant in a sunny location after the threat of frost has passed. Best in fertile, well-drained soil. Keep soil moist, watering freely in dry weather. Harvest as needed.

Usage/Other Information

Blocky, 4 inch peppers great for stuffing. As they age they will turn green to red. Superb for eating fresh or added to a variety of dishes. Try serving them grilled, roasted, or stir-fried. Preserve by canning, drying, or freezing.
